Mindy Stewart took the literal meaning and adapted it with the more modern term "Powder" and developed the name of her boutique she she has operated for
over 25 years. And for just as long, Mindy and her mother, Merlene, have worked tirelessly to create a truly enjoyable shopping experience for both male and female patrons.
